    • Once food preparation has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

1.2 Cancellation by Aunt Vilis Pizza

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to deliver to the address provided due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the item(s) ordered are unavailable.
  • In case of fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with your order.

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
